About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Messaging System Administrator to join our team at BNP Paribas Real Estate. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our messaging systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for Microsoft Exchange and Identity services
  • Work with regional service desk teams and Level 3 Messaging teams to resolve issues and escalate problems
  • Liaise with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, and Global Infrastructure Support to resolve issues and complete tasks
  • Provide relevant communication to service desk teams and users regarding change management or incidents
  • Develop and update knowledge articles for service desk teams
  • Ensure adherence to IT Security guidelines and Global ITI&P Governance
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments
  • Experience working in large organizations with matrix reporting lines
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
  • Understanding of core IT infrastructure setup, including PowerShell scripts, Wintel systems, and network topology
