Job Title: Messaging System Administrator BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas is an international bank with a strong presence in the European market. As a Messaging System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing IT services to our clients, ensuring a digital market evolution in a secured and performant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L2 technical support to end users on Microsoft Exchange and Identity.
  • Work with regional service desk teams and with regional L3 Messaging teams to achieve proper infrastructure monitoring and support coverage.
  • Liaise with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support, and IT Security Teams to resolve issues and complete tasks.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments.
  • Experience of large organizations with matrix reporting lines.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
