Messaging System Administrator

Become a key player in our IT team as a Messaging System Administrator at BNP Paribas. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional IT services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2 technical support to end-users on Microsoft Exchange and Identity
- Work with regional service desk teams and with regional L3 Messaging teams (escalation, knowledge transfer)
- Liaise with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support and IT Security Teams to resolve issues, complete tasks and deliver projects in a timely fashion
- At least 2 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments
- Experience of large organizations (matrix with local & functional reporting lines)
- Fluency in English
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Training programs, career plans and internal mobility opportunities, national and international
