Job Title: Messaging System Administrator BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas is an international bank with a strong presence in the European market. We are seeking a skilled Messaging System Administrator to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our messaging systems, including Microsoft Exchange and Identity. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and a ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Exchange and Identity
  • Maintain and troubleshoot messaging systems
  • Collaborate with regional IT teams and service desk teams
  • Develop and implement procedures and IT controls
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within SLA
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Identity
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of ITIL (service delivery)
