Job Title: Messaging System Administrator BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas is an international bank with a strong presence in the European market. We are seeking a skilled Messaging System Administrator to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our messaging systems, including Microsoft Exchange and Identity. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for Microsoft Exchange and Identity
  • Work with regional service desk teams and regional L3 Messaging teams to resolve issues and complete tasks
  • Liaise with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support, and IT Security Teams to resolve issues and complete tasks
  • Provide relevant communication to service desk teams and/or users due to change management or incidents
  • Provide and update knowledge articles to service desk teams
  • Ensure the coordination and collaboration with Team Leaders of the relevant functional area
  • Ensure that the instructions and guidelines of the Group (esp. IT Security guidelines and Global ITI&P Governance) are respected and the architecture is validated
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in complex IT infrastructure environments
  • Experience of large organizations (matrix with local & functional reporting lines)
  • Exposed to multi-cultural environment and able to work as part of a Global team
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience using ticketing systems
