About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Lease Administrator to join our Real Estate team and support our worldwide operations. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing lease-related documentation, managing our portfolio database, and providing exceptional support to our teams and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and set up new office locations in internal and external systems
  • Review and abstract critical information from lease-related documentation, including rent and financial obligations
  • Onboard and abstract new leases and landlords in internal and external systems, process related forms and ticketing
  • Track critical dates, including lease renewal, amendment, rent commencement, and expiry dates
  • Manage the Real Estate portfolio database and data room
  • Establish and maintain accurate banking information for new and recurrent rent obligations within internal and external systems
  • Review, audit, and process leasing rent payments and obligations in line with our internal spending and transaction policy
  • Operate expenses: correspondence, management, reconciliations, and pursuit of claims
  • Manage end-of-lease financial obligations
  • Serve as a primary contact to internal and external contacts on rent and lease compliance issues
  • Process Purchase Orders related to Real Estate matters
Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial lease administration (preferably for a Real Estate company)
  • Experience in finance reconciliations, budget reviews, and auditing
  • Ability to understand and interpret commercial Real Estate language and conditions
