About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team at Blue Moon Estate Sales of Lexington and Louisville. As a key member of our corporate real estate team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize our real estate portfolio across multiple EMEA countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement space and utilization concepts to optimize real estate costs
  • Lead and execute international real estate projects, including lease and transaction management
  • Support CapEx planning and forecasting
  • Align project strategies with local and regional management/controlling
  • Compile decision papers for executives and investment committees
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines

Requirements

  • University master's/degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, or business administration
  • Minimum 5-8 years of corporate real estate management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate markets
  • Project management skills
  • International business experience
  • Strategic, structured, and result-oriented approach with a strong team focus
  • Proficient in English
