Key Responsibilities:
Track the progress of financed real estate projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver the expected results
Help expand our portfolio by engaging with new developers and identifying investment opportunities
Maintain regular communication with developers to assess project feasibility and ensure smooth operations
Oversee the production of quarterly reports for investors, ensuring accuracy and timely publication
Quickly identify and report critical issues in ongoing projects to ensure swift resolution
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in property development analysis
Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate metrics and market trends
Excellent skills in spreadsheet creation and financial modeling
Knowledge of investment regulations and private construction laws
Strong data analysis and research skills
Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) for verbal and written communication
Experience in project management with a track record of overseeing complex real estate transactions
Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Automation software
