About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex real estate matters, particularly those related to public sector clients, utilities, and title review focused work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Running your own caseload of complex matters, including public sector clients, utilities, and title review focused work.
  • Coordinating instructions and workflow on certain client accounts, comprising triaging instructions and delegating work to the most appropriate team member.
  • Supervising junior fee earners on simple utilities and title review work from start to finish.
  • Line management of paralegals/trainee solicitors and working to develop our future qualified fee earners.
