IT Business Partner for Commercial Alignment

At Becton, Dickinson and Company, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Partner to play a crucial role in aligning technology, processes, and workplace solutions to support the commercial agenda of our organization.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems. As an IT Business Partner, you will partner with various commercial functions to drive critical initiatives and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strategic partner relationships with commercial functions and the EMEA Business Process Transformation team
- Plan and evaluate new joint initiatives, proposals, and determine their fit into roadmaps and priorities
- Identify opportunities for the adoption of CPQ and CLM systems and ensure their integration with our enterprise roadmaps
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of project and initiative progress, manage escalations, and mitigate risks
- Lead the implementation of CPQ and CLM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CPQ and CLM solutions with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems
- Coordinate data migration, data integrity, and data management processes related to CPQ and CLM systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT roles with a focus on CPQ and/or CLM systems
- Proficient English level
- Solid understanding of commercial functions and business processes
- Proficiency in CPQ and CLM software (e.g., Salesforce, Conga, OracleCPQ), and strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects, including system implementations and integrations with multi-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and see opportunities for improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical collaborators
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
This is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program.
