Job Overview: Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
Salary Information: This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month, with opportunities for overtime pay and commission bonuses.
Job Responsibilities: As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling roofing materials to contractors, dealers, architects, end users, and builders. This involves seeking out new business opportunities, responding to leads, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and collecting payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering or an equivalent field. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
