At CPM International, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team in Barcelona.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the digital health and wellness industry.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in technical support.

Your key responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on our range of premium health devices, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with clients to resolve their queries.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of €23,000 gross per year, plus bonuses up to €150 gross per month based on quality and productivity.

You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 24 calendar days of paid holiday, paid bank holidays, and a hybrid work model with 3-4 days per week spent in our office in La Sagrera.
