About the Role:
As a Customer Support Professional at Amadeus, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our global clients in the hospitality industry. Your main responsibilities will be to provide timely and effective support, technical assistance, and follow-up on customer requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in our processes and developing initiatives to enhance our high-quality customer service.
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a proactive problem solver with a customer-oriented approach who can overcome communication barriers and technical obstacles for our customers. Experience in customer support, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in English are essential. A background in hospitality and revenue management is beneficial, as is proficiency in other languages.
