Job Description: As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Diagnostics: resolving complex technical inquiries for various products
- Connected Services: supporting clients with setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Process: handling all client requests according to company guidelines
- Quality and Compliance: ensuring superior quality in transactions while adhering to governing laws
- Added Value: identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell while maintaining the company's values
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a contact center environment
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and a high level of English
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong teamwork ethic and a natural ability to work collaboratively

- A competitive salary of €23,000 gross per year, plus potential bonuses of up to €150 gross per month based on quality and productivity
