Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic F&B Trainee to join our team at Hyde. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting our restaurants in delivering a world-class experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operations across our hotels' restaurants, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
  • Support room service operations, including taking orders, delivering meals, and addressing guest requests.
  • Participate in food preparation and service coordination with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Learn and assist with menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and special dietary requests.
  • Collaborate with the F&B admin team to understand budgeting, costing, and revenue management for the outlets.
Requirements
  • EU Nationality is required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry with a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
