The properties feature sleek and modern designs, with Mondrian Ibiza offering 154 guest rooms and expansive public spaces, while Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lover's paradise with 401 rooms featuring natural textures and artisan touches.

The hotels operate under Ennismore, a fast-growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.

Job Description:

As a Food & Beverage Trainee, you will assist in daily operations across the hotel's restaurants, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.

You will support room service operations, participate in food preparation and service coordination with kitchen staff, learn and assist with menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and special dietary requests.

You will also assist in inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and waste reduction, and work alongside the F&B admin team to understand budgeting, costing, and revenue management for the outlets.

In addition, you will address guest inquiries and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, support the team in organizing and setting up events and group dining arrangements, and collaborate with different F&B teams to maintain hygiene standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require EU Nationality, fluent English and Spanish language skills, and enrollment in a Hospitality Management or related program.

A passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and team player with a positive attitude are also essential.
