As a highly experienced sales leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building a high-performing sales team in Spain and Portugal. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving challenging revenue goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth. You will work closely with the Country Manager for Spain and Portugal to develop and implement annual strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create positive client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Spain sales team based in Madrid, fostering a collaborative environment that mirrors Taboola's values and industry excellence.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets, with a focus on client retention and scaling up the existing advertising book of business.
  • Design and lead the delivery of annual strategic plans with Sales and collaborating closely with the AM team for top advertisers and agencies.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of professional experience in client-facing roles in the digital advertising space.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing a team.
  • Outstanding relationship management and client service skills, preferably with expertise in premium agencies.
