We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Specialist to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Sustainable Energy Systems team, you will be responsible for leading the bid preparation process for large-scale hydrogen systems projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into internal actions
- Developing and finalizing technical proposals, including costs and risks
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders
- Identifying and evaluating customer requirements in RfQs or RfIs and managing the development of the system configuration

Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical/Chemical or Industrial engineering or related fields

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English language skills, with additional languages beneficial
