About the Role

This position is part of Novartis' digital transformation journey, focusing on turning data and digital into a strategic asset to drive actionable insights across the organization.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Design and build LDC in-scope processes and data based on user requirements defined with domain pillars and the E2E data team.
  • Collaborate with architecture to identify new technologies and possibilities arising from them.
  • Ensure integrated solutions by working with experts in connected work packages, data & analytics, and applying a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dedicated project work within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints following release calendars.
  • Peer review, formally document, and sign off solutions with domain pillars and business functions.
  • Perform solution testing to meet quality standards.
  • Champion standardization from a customization perspective by establishing standardized design and development processes for cost-effective delivery.
Requirements

A university level degree or equivalent, strong functional subject matter expertise in commercial contracting processes with transactional customers (wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies) across the entire contract lifecycle in the pharmaceutical industry.

Super user level of experience in Vistex contract, pricing, and revenue management module or alternatively in S4/HANA Sales & Distribution module (SD).

At least 3 years' experience in country and global roles, supporting a very large program over 5+ years potentially in the magnitude of >500mUSD.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, including benefits and rewards such as a competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
