We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica, S.A. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in commercial contracting processes to drive strategic design and delivery of solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be accountable for defining and developing contract architectures, revenue models, and lifecycle-related reports. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your extensive experience in Vistex contract management or equivalent systems, to ensure seamless integration and compliance.

In this role, you will also champion standardization, driving efficient delivery while respecting regulatory requirements. Your super user level of experience in contract and pricing management will enable you to define contract types, condition contracts, and claims maintenance processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

You will support the development, execution, and operations of solutions, collaborating with IT experts to ensure integrated solutions that meet quality standards. Additionally, you will deliver project work within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints, following release calendars, and ensure solution testing meets quality standards.

Requirements

  • ">
  • University-level degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, law, or finance).">
  • Strong functional subject matter expertise in commercial contracting processes across the entire contract lifecycle in the pharmaceutical industry.">
  • Super user level of experience in Vistex contract, pricing, and revenue management module or alternative in S4/HANA Sales & Distribution module (SD).">
  • At least 3 years' experience in country and global roles, with a proven track record of supporting large programs (>$500m USD).">
  • Experience in transactional customers (wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies) across the entire contract lifecycle.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
