Business Development Associate Role Overview

A key member of the sales team, the Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in assisting Sales Managers and/or the Sales Director to meet quarterly and annual sales targets within the Sales Territory of Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in achieving regional goals by preparing and closing sales in accordance with agreed goals, frameworks, and strategies.
  • Review sales orders for new machines, parts, conversions, or participation, ensuring all information is correct and complete for internal processing.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors to resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Accurately report specific sales forecasting and submit sales reports within established timelines.
  • Presents and demonstrates the company's products using P.O.S. materials and presentation kits.
  • Positions and promotes Aristocrat, Inc. as a high-performance, world-class manufacturing, sales, and service organization within the assigned sales territory.
  • Maintains up-to-date customer information and enters order fulfillment data.
  • Displays current and complete product knowledge through training.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years in a sales-related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or its equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical knowledge to demonstrate the company's games and systems products to customers and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and social skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate creative, innovative, analytical, and forward-thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrate project leadership and team participation skills.
  • Display a professional image and appearance.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, Spanish, and French.
  • Must be able to travel up to 30 percent.
