Sales Development Specialist

A key member of the sales team, the Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in assisting Sales Managers and/or the Sales Director to meet quarterly and annual sales targets within the Sales Territory of Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team in achieving regional goals by preparing and closing sales in accordance with agreed goals, frameworks, and strategies.
- Review sales orders for new machines, parts, conversions, or participation, ensuring all information is correct and complete for internal processing.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Accurately report specific sales forecasting and submit sales reports within established timelines.
- Presents and demonstrates the company's products using P.O.S. materials and presentation kits.
- Positions and promotes Aristocrat, Inc. as a high-performance, world-class manufacturing, sales, and service organization within the assigned sales territory.
- Maintains up-to-date customer information and enters order fulfillment data.
- Displays current and complete product knowledge through training.
- 1-2 years in a sales-related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or its equivalent preferred.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technical knowledge to demonstrate the company's games and systems products to customers and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and social skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Demonstrate creative, innovative, analytical, and forward-thinking abilities.
- Demonstrate project leadership and team participation skills.
- Display a professional image and appearance.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Self-motivated.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, Spanish, and French.
- Must be able to travel up to 30 percent.
