As a **Digital Media Sales Lead**, you will be responsible for communicating product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem. You will build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, close deals independently, and accurately forecast new business and revenue growth.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate product benefits and value proposition to potential clients
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on lead generation and conversion
  • Forecast new business and revenue growth, providing accurate projections and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development, Account Management, and Marketing, to achieve objectives and client expectations
  • Develop customized media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts
  • Report regularly to management, ensuring consistent meeting of revenue targets and updates on client progress

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital media
  • Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers
  • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends
  • Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language proficiency

  • Experience in affiliate marketing
  • Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization
