About the Role

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, and building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans to achieve our commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve commercial objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Proven sales experience in a commercial or FMCG environment
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
