Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role that will help you grow your skills and advance your career? Look no further We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the most beloved brands in the industry, including Pringles, Special K, and CocoPops. As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing regional accounts, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy, and generating partnerships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and track Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) for each client and category.
  • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
