Regional Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Key Account Manager to join our team at KION Group Ag. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing business in assigned clients across various products, including new and used machines, maintenance contracts, and short-term rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize business in assigned clients across various products
  • Foster loyalty with assigned clients and acquire new clients through regular contact
  • Report activities and manage offers in specific software
  • Negotiate with high-level interlocutors, including conflict resolution
  • Advise and recommend equipment based on client applications
  • Manage tenders and preparation of complex offers, orders, contracts, and auctions until delivery and payment of equipment
Requirements:
  • Preferred degree in Business Sciences or at least 2 years of commercial experience in the industrial sector
  • Intermediate level of written and spoken English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Project management
  • Driver's license
