Regional Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating key client relationships and driving regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and track Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) for each client and category.
  • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Oversee and manage customer allowances, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through internal and external information sources.
Requirements:
  • University degree.
  • Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies.
  • Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results.
  • Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English.
