Key Responsibilities
- Manage the utilities, maintenance, and facility benefits budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Coordinate the payments of vendors and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Oversee facilities operations, including building systems, equipment, and utilities, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Coordinate the tools and equipment of employees, including laptops, mobile phones, and corporate credit cards.
- Supervise office clerks and couriers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience supervising an office in a multinational organization.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for improving and a proactive nature.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
