About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator Support to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and roll-out of ad hoc projects, delivering continuous improvement across the team, and providing exceptional support to our leaders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the organization and support of events, market and senior leader visits, team meetings, and Townhalls, and BUR calendarization.
  • Support leaders with onboarding process for new hires and internal movements: business conduct and call monitoring, equipment, accesses, and support.
  • Manage calendar activities and coordination and oversight of business meetings, making necessary arrangements: technical logistics, reserving facilities, catering services, meeting material, and agendas.
  • Support on key HC reporting and complex presentations.
