Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Iberia's Supply Chain department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, including Sales Team, Finance, Ops Team, IT, and customers.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in customer fulfillment and sales order management.
  • Manage customer requests and expectations, coordinating with internal factors.
  • Coordinate logistics requirements with 3PL coordinators and report to internal auditors.
Requirements:
  • At least two to three years of experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Background in Spanish/Iberia retailers (FMCG) and EDI integration with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Service Metrics for logistics purposes, such as OTD, FR, ST, and other service fulfillment metrics.
  • SOX's Controls to be audited in terms of Sales' Ops Scope (pricing, SOs management, etc.).
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Independent and proactive, capable of taking initiative and coordinating tasks with the rest of the organization.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and excellent at organization.
  • Supportive and collaborative, able to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders, a team player.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and well-versed in dealing with an ERP system.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Business English.
