About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator Support to join our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our leaders and contribute to the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of ad-hoc projects and deliver continuous improvement across the team.
  • Support the organization and coordination of events, market visits, team meetings, and Townhalls.
  • Provide administrative support to leaders, including onboarding new hires and internal movements.
  • Manage calendar activities, coordinate business meetings, and make necessary arrangements.
  • Support key HC reporting and complex presentations.
  • Provide additional support to leaders' administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Administrative experience in a large organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
