About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant Dyson customer care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential Dyson customers, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues related to their orders or devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Dyson products and services
  • Utilize leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to guide clients in solving issues with their machines
  • Identify opportunities to promote new and exciting products to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Fluent level of written and spoken German
  • Good level of English to communicate with our international team
  • Eligibility to work in Spain
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Solution-oriented and well-organized with the ability to work under pressure
What We Offer
  • Temporary contract for 3 months
  • Salary: 25,000€ gross per year
  • Full-time position with rotating schedule (39 hours per week)
