About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, including SAP Success Factors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Systems Management: Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  2. System Implementation: Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects in coordination with the IT team and technical developers.
  3. Employee Central Module: Lead an improvement plan to adapt the current Employee Central module to new business needs.
  4. System Integration: Lead the integration of Success Factors with other Systems.
  5. Employee Database Management: Manage and maintain the Employee Database.
  6. Data Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor data integrity, conduct regular audits and resolve inconsistencies.
  7. Data Standards and Best Practices: Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department.
  8. Data Privacy and Security: Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data.
  9. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
  10. HR Dashboards: Create and maintain a variety of HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools.
  11. HR Ticket Management: Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets to provide the desired service level.
  12. HR User Support: Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
  13. Documentation: Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
  2. Experience: Proven experience working with HR systems (SAP Success Factors preferred).
  3. Data Analysis Skills: Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel.
  4. Database Management: Proven experience working with databases.
  5. Data Visualization: Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
  6. SQL Skills: Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  7. Problem-Solving: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  8. Leadership: Self-Starter and proactively looking for improvements.
  9. Communication: Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams.
  10. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish. French or Italian will be a plus.
