Job Title: HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Volotea. As an HRIS expert, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SAP Success Factors system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors
  • Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects
  • Lead an improvement plan to adapt the current Employee Central module
  • Lead the integration of Success Factors with other Systems
  • Manage and maintain the Employee Database
  • Monitor data integrity and conduct regular audits
  • Define and enforce data standards and best practices
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance
  • Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools
  • Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools
  • Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or similar
  • Proven experience working with HR systems (SAP Success Factors preferred)
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Proven experience working with databases
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI preferred)
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-Starter and proactively looking for improvements
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. French or Italian will be a plus
