Join Volotea as an HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SAP Success Factors system, leading system-related projects, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Lead system-related projects, collaborating with the IT team and technical developers
  • Develop and implement an improvement plan to adapt the Employee Central module to new business needs
  • Integrate Success Factors with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange
  • Manage and maintain the Employee Database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor data integrity, conduct regular audits, and resolve inconsistencies
  • Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data
  • Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools
  • Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets, providing excellent service levels
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools
  • Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Proven experience working with databases
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools, preferably PowerBI
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to improvement
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with French or Italian a plus
