Join Our Team as an HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Volotea Alaeo Sl. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SAP Success Factors system, leading the definition and implementation of system-related projects, and ensuring data privacy and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, ensuring data integrity and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects, coordinating with the IT team and technical developers.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools.
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
