Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects, collaborating with the IT team and technical developers.
- Develop and implement an improvement plan to adapt the current Employee Central module to new business needs.
- Integrate Success Factors with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Manage and maintain the Employee Database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor data integrity, conduct regular audits, and resolve inconsistencies.
- Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance while handling sensitive HR data.
- Troubleshoot HRIS data issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools.
- Manage and maintain JIRA Software for HR tickets, providing exceptional service to our users.
- Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
- Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Proven experience working with databases.
- Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools, such as PowerBI.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate with different teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with French or Italian a plus.
