About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Contract Sales Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for organizing all service contract sales procedures within the country and ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy of contracts and proposals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Service Contract Sales activity within the assigned region, including sales planning, sales reviews, and marketing activities coordination.
  • Supporting Key Account sales managers in defining offering and pricing for KA service contracts.
  • Managing customer retention activities for existing customers with service contracts.
  • Achieving orders, sales, and discounts related to service contract business in the region.
  • Collaborating on the overall service contract sales strategy definition.

About You
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing service contract negotiations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of after-sales activities, warranty costs, and terms.
