About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Administrator to join our Operations team in Scandinavia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of radiological examinations from our client hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks in our systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of examinations
- Provide exceptional customer care through phone communication with hospital staff in Swedish and/or Danish
- Work collaboratively with our radiologists and administrative staff to resolve any issues that may arise

You will also have the flexibility to work from home or our office in Torre Mapfre, Barcelona.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Swedish and/or Danish. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a medical background as a nurse or radiographer, you will have the opportunity to take on more advanced responsibilities and contribute to the quality control of images.
