Purchasing Administrator Job Description at Affinis
Our client, a subsidiary company of a multinational manufacturer of perfumery and cosmetic products, needs to incorporate a Purchasing Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchasing administration processes, creating purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and assisting in procurement tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase order management.
- Supplier attention
- Monitor accounts payable
- Facility handling with service suppliers
- Freight Invoice verification
- Messenger service
Requirements:
- Minimal 2 years experience in purchasing administration role
- English Level C1 / Needs to have a high level of English in speaking and writing
- Preferable residence in Vallès Oriental/Occidental

- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
