**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Associate to join our team at Stuart. As an HR Operations Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, and ad hoc salary and bonus letters.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee and issue contracts of employment, amendment letters, and ad hoc salary and bonus letters.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding activities, including facilitating HR induction for new starters and setting up exit interviews or enrollment to benefits.
  • Accountable for monthly payroll management, working alongside Finance to meet deadlines related to this.
  • Minute taking during HR-related meetings, such as disciplinary/capability investigations/meetings.
  • Potentially acting as the HR representative during meetings.
  • Support in optimizing new processes and tools to provide a great employee experience.
  • Working on local HR projects to assist with the People Ops strategy.

**Requirements**

  • 1 year of previous HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English. Italian or Polish are a plus.
  • Great communication and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite on a daily basis.
  • Nice to have: possessing experience using interactive HRIS e.g. Hibob and processing payrolls.
  • Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
