Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trama. As an integral part of our administrative group, you will provide exceptional support to our senior staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expense Management: Process receipts through our CONCUR system, reconcile accounts monthly, and maintain accurate records.
  2. Telephone Support: Provide timely and professional support to our wider group, with a focus on senior coverage during the absence of peers.
  3. General Office Administration: Manage archiving, filing, and stationery orders, ensuring our office runs efficiently and effectively.
  4. Systems and Applications: Raise system requests, maintain vacation schedules, and collaborate closely with other administrative assistants to ensure seamless coverage.
  5. Printing and Binding: Handle printing and binding presentations, ensuring high-quality output.
Requirements:
  1. Language Proficiency: Proficient level of English.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
  4. Teamwork and Adaptability: Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a keen team-player ethic and ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment.
  5. Previous Experience: Previous success as an assistant, including experience with expense processing and basic account management.
