We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Crossroads At Northglenn Assisted Living Facility. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our Partnership team, providing administrative support for all tasks related to invoicing and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify monthly sales with partners via email and analyze discrepancies.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders.
  • Work closely with the account department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.
  • At least 1-2 years of office work experience, preferably with administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in English, with Italian knowledge a plus.
  • Degree in economics a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
