Strategic Partnership Director for Spanish and Latam Markets

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Alliances & Partners Director to lead our partner ecosystem growth in the Spanish and Latam markets. This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to expand market share in Spain.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Drive revenue through channel partners by creating joint business plans and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish and Latam market.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in channel/partner management, business development, or a related role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partner/channel programs in a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the Spanish market, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
