About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Country Director to lead our Spanish business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy for Spain, driving commercial growth and profitability, and building strong relationships with our partner La Sagra.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the business strategy for Spain, aligned with our Western Europe growth ambitions and the La Sagra Joint Venture objectives.
  • Lead the On and Off Trade Sales Teams across Spain to deliver against local targets and drive commercial growth.
  • Shared accountability for the P&L in allocated geography, including development of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and delivery of key financial indicators: NSR, EBIT, Cash.
  • Manage ongoing partner activities and ensure world-class customer service in line with our vision to become the first choice for consumers and customers.
  • Lead and coach the Spanish team to facilitate their in-role, personal, and career development within Molson Coors.
About You

We welcome applications from individuals with previous experience in senior-level strategic and commercial roles within beverages or FMCG. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. You will have excellent numerical skills, knowledge of value chain creation, and total accountability for a P&L. Proven people leadership skills and a passion for inclusivity are also required.
