As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving travel queries, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and promotions
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
