About the Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at Smart Technologies Inc. as a Demand Generation Manager. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to generate engagement and drive demand for our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Develop, execute, and report on regional marketing plans, with distinct goals, strategies, and tactics for each of our lines of business.
  • Drive Demand Generation: Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive engagement and demand resulting in marketing qualified leads.
  • Influence Global Strategies: Influence and contribute to global demand generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of like-minded demand generation experts.
  • Manage Regional Events: Manage regional events to build memorable audience experiences and generate leads.
  • Work with Channel Partners: Work with channel partners in the region to build and execute co-marketing plans for generating awareness and demand for our solutions.
  • Provide Bi-Weekly Reports: Provide bi-weekly reports and accountability showing engagement and demand gen metrics against campaign- and sales dashboards.
Requirements
  • Extensive Knowledge of B2B and Digital Marketing: Extensive knowledge of B2B and digital marketing best practices and trends.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to influence and maintain exceptional communication skills, including presenting to internal and external groups.
  • Analytical Abilities: Analytical abilities to both develop and interpret results against a KPI framework.
  • Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Proficiency in MS Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Hubspot.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Digital or Social Strategies: Experience in digital or social strategies.
  • Experience in Working with External Best Practice Marketing Organizations: Experience in working with external best practice marketing organizations.
  • Fluent in Spanish: Fluent in Spanish.
  • Spoken/Written in French or Italian: Spoken/Written in French or Italian would be an asset.
