**Job Summary**

Grifols Sa is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Biopharma Quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the implementation of quality control processes and procedures in our manufacturing site in Egypt.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of quality control documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and manage a team of quality control specialists to ensure the effective execution of quality control activities.
  • Conduct training and coaching to ensure the harmonization of quality control practices across our global sites.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality control processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Life Sciences Degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.) or Engineering Degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Laboratory Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Proven knowledge of GMP and GLP environments.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1 level).
  • Ability to travel (approximately 40%).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform and delegate tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
