We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Galderma. As a Pre-Clinical Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our pre-clinical development activities, including the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Strategies: Establish and maintain a robust quality assurance program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections of our pre-clinical development activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage Quality Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, including document control, training, and corrective action procedures.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance activities into our product development process.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to our employees on quality assurance procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our pre-clinical development activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the quality and integrity of our pre-clinical development activities.
- Experience in Quality Assurance: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on pre-clinical development activities.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GLP and GMP.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
