Job Summary

As the Quality Assurance Lead at Rank International, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our software development life cycle. This involves applying the principles, practices, and standards of functional and acceptance testing to drive quality assurance measures and testing standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business with test coordination activities, functional testing, test execution on digital systems, defect management, and handover to relevant teams.
  • Work closely with the Release Manager, Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and external suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Review software requirements to ensure clarity and understanding among all stakeholders.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test repositories, and create, implement, and maintain test scripts using established automated testing tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize defects, and assign them to the correct teams for resolution.
  • Re-test defects after resolution and ensure that all software meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
