Job Summary

Grifols is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Biopharma Quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the development of quality management systems and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize quality control processes.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs, training programs, and quality metrics.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to manufacturing staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality control issues and deviations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
  • Proven knowledge of GMP and GLP environments.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1 level).
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform and delegate tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
